Abuse

All items from SmartWaveTech are required to resolve ALL abuse reports within 12hours. Some reports will be required to resolve within a time frame which is set by SmartWaveTech and is final. By resolved we mean the actions have been taken that are required. Resolved is in no way a reply saying the parties involved are looking into it. If we don’t receive a reply within that time we reserve the right to suspend or remove the item(s) from our network dependent on the discretion of the member of staff dealing with the abuse report and other parties involved. All abuse that isn’t resolved will be required to pay a fee dependent on the service taken with SmartWaveTech and the type of Abuse. We reserve the right to edit/change/delete any files/accounts which are involved in disputes

Abuse is classed as but not limited to: Copyright Infringement, Unsolicited Email, Email Bombing, Proxy Email (SPAM), UseNet SPAM, Illegal Use, Child Pornography, Threats & Harassment, Fraudulent Activities, Denial of Service, Terrorist Websites, Distribution of Malware, Phishing, HYIP(High Yield Investment Plans) or Ponzi Schemes.

Refunds & Disputes

All services rendered by SmartWaveTech are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: setup fees, one time fees, monthly service fees, upgrade fees, additional service fees, administrative fees, and late fees. Customers seeking to resolve billing errors are instructed to open an ticket inside the Customer support portal located at http://smartwavesupport.com . Customer agrees not to chargeback any credit card payments for services rendered. A chargeback of payment for services rendered will result in an additional charge of £150 and will be subject to collection by an authorized collection agency.

We offer a large number of servies for our clients. We offer Shared, Reseller, shoutcast, shoutcast reseller hosting. We also offer VPS and deadicated servers.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide variety of methods. All major credit cards as well as paypal is acceptable.

3. Who can sign up for smartwavetech packages and services?

To sign up for a smartwavetech Package, there are no restrictions to what country you are from. We welcome international clients. Please contact support for more info.
